After relocating to a much smaller community, we have discovered some wonderful outing locations, that have quickly become favorites. We visit often, never tiring of the view, the quiet, or the people. Eating at the Boathouse became a fast favorite, after visiting a couple of years ago. Their food is very good, unique, and enjoyed year round. The deck sits right on the edge of the reservoir, so guests can enjoy the summer activity of boats, skiers and mobiles, or the ducks, geese and seagulls all year.
When the fog comes in, we will drive the 5 minutes from our condo to get some photos. This last fog was very dense, and the ducks and geese were having a real picnic, taking off, landing, and honking.
